Christmas Eve . . . Love those sweet kiddos!
The Monday after Christmas we got to go to Orange County to visit one of my very best friends, Heidi. We had such a great time together. Our two oldest girls, Megan and Kylie, have been friends since they could walk. They really have a precious friendship. They only see each other once every few months but they always pick up right where they left off. Cara and Nicole adore Kylie (and Kaden too), and all 4 of the girls had a great time together. (Kaden was gone for they day - Nicole kept reminding Heidi that she missed him.) Ty and Madden had fun watching each other too. They were very cute together. As for Heidi and I, we just had a great time catching up. We spent the day chatting while our kids played; then we took the 6 of them down to the mall for a treat at the Sweet Factory and a look at the puppy store. We finished the day with my favorite - Cheesecake Factory. We had a blast. She is an amazing girl, and I am so thankful for her. The Lord has brought her through amazing things in her life, and she has been so faithful to trust and serve Him in the midst of all of it. She is a great example to me; I don't know what I would do without her. Love you, my friend!
